免疫荧光

实验介绍

原理：免疫荧光细胞化学是利用荧光色素标记抗体或抗原与组织切片或细胞涂片中的相应抗原或抗体反应，形成抗原或抗体与标记抗体或抗原的复合物，借助紫外光或蓝紫光激发荧光色素，并在显微镜下呈现特异性荧光反应，从而定位抗原或抗体的技术。
